We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Warehouse Manager to join our high-performing team in Banyo

About the Role:

  • Lead and manage warehouse staff to ensure productivity, efficiency, and adherence to operational procedures.
  • Oversee inventory levels, stock movements, and maintain effective inventory control systems.
  • Coordinate the receiving, storage, and distribution of goods to meet customer demands and maintain optimal stock levels.
  • Manage daily delivery runs from the distribution centre to ensure timely and accurate dispatch of goods.
  • Identify and implement process improvements to enhance warehouse operations and service levels.
  • Ensure the upkeep and maintenance of the warehouse, equipment, and systems.
  • Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations to maintain a safe working environment.
  • Provide leadership, training, and development opportunities for the warehouse team.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., sales, supply chain, finance) to ensure smooth customer order coordination.
  • Foster a positive warehouse culture by promoting teamwork, accountability, and continuous improvement.

About You:

To excel in this role, you'll bring:

  • Previous experience in a warehouse leadership role.
  • Highly organised, with demonstrated experience in goods inwards, goods out, inventory control, and stock management.
  • Proactive problem-solving mindset, to identify inefficiencies and improve warehouse performance.
  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to effectively engage, lead and develop warehouse team.
  • Health & Safety focused, ability to prioritise safety and foster a culture of compliance and accountability.
