About Our Client
Our client is an international manufacturer of quality equipment for HVAC systems supplying air filters, insulated flexible ducting, air grilles and vents, and fittings. They are looking to grow their team and seeking an internal salesperson to join their team.

What You Will Be Doing
As an internal salesperson you will be based out of their Acacia Ridge Warehouse. The successful candidate will be required to work Monday to Friday, from 7:30am to 4:00pm, and be responsible for the following duties:

  • Process sales & purchase orders, invoices, and transport arrangements
  • Respond to customer delivery and pricing inquiries
  • Track and update overdue orders and due dates
  • Receipt POs and manage order changes in system
  • Support PMs and Commercial team with admin and quotes
  • Provide technical advice on products and assist with estimates/designs
  • Communicate project info across teams and with clients
  • Ensure timely, cost-effective client support
  • Identify and suggest process improvements
  • Support project management development through collaboration and mentoring
  • Keep Commercial Manager informed on project status and client issues

What You Will Need

  • Prior experience in Administration role
  • Good data entry skills
  • Good time management skills
  • Basic Microsoft Office skills (Excel/Work/Outlook)
  • Ability to understand Commercial Products and Discuss with Customers.
