Lead wedding and event sales at one of Victoria's most iconic properties

Lancemore Hotels is seeking an experienced and passionate Weddings & Events Sales Manager to join the team at the stunning Lancemore Mansion Hotel Werribee Park. This is a rare opportunity to take ownership of wedding and event sales at one of Australia's most loved destinations and play a key role in growing its reputation as a premier venue for unforgettable celebrations.

Reporting to the Director of Sales, this role is based onsite Tuesday to Saturday, with occasional travel to our Melbourne CBD Head Office.

About the Role

As Weddings & Events Sales Manager, you will:

  • Drive wedding and event revenue by managing the end-to-end sales process
  • Respond to enquiries, conduct site inspections, prepare proposals and secure bookings
  • Build strong relationships with clients, vendors and key industry contacts
  • Represent the hotel at wedding expos, trade shows and showcase events
  • Meet and exceed revenue targets through proactive sales activities and client engagement
  • Work closely with the hotel leadership and sales teams to align on business goals

About You

You'll thrive in this role if you:

  • Bring proven experience in wedding or event sales, ideally within a hotel or venue setting
  • Are results-oriented, with a strong sales track record and a genuine passion for weddings and social events
  • Have exceptional interpersonal skills and a client-first mindset
  • Are available to work Tuesday to Saturday, with flexibility to attend site visits and host prospective clients
  • Take pride in your presentation and professionalism
