The Lancemore Group is recruiting for the position of Weddings & Events Coordinator based at the Werribee Mansion Hotel & Spa Melbourne.
About the role :
This is an amazing and rare opportunity for an experienced, passionate, and professional Wedding and Events Coordinator to join a growing team and build on the success of this property.
The successful applicant will need previous customer service experience, as you will liaise with a variety of clients and maintain existing relationships.
As part of the Wedding and Events team, you will have diverse industry knowledge, a 'can do' attitude, and understand what it takes to achieve excellent results and provide an unforgettable experience for clients.
You will have the support of the hotel's Sales, Planning team, and General Manager.

About you :
Success in delivering the perfect day to brides-to-be
Excellent telephone technique and ability to maintain friendly relations with internal and external customers
Conduct familiarisation and site inspections with new and existing clients
Exceptional customer service skills and a passion for creating events that exceed client expectations
A 'can do' attitude and understanding of what it takes to achieve the best results
Outstanding organisation skills with the ability to manage multiple clients and details simultaneously
A genuine passion for hospitality and customer service
Ability to work successfully within a close team and unsupervised at times
Good time management and communication skills
Well-developed computer and administrative skills
A warm, personable, yet professional disposition
Ability to think quickly on your feet
Attention to detail
Reliable, energetic, and committed to a career in hospitality
