What you'll be doing

  • Running events from rehearsal to pack down, ensuring every detail is executed flawlessly
  • Setting the standard for venue presentation and guest experience
  • Managing stock, inventory, safety audits, and pre and post event administration
  • Leading wedding rehearsals and being the calm, confident point of contact for clients and suppliers
  • Supporting the Area Manager by spotting operational improvements and rostering requirements
  • Helping onboard and train new team members, shaping the next generation of event professionals

The nitty gritty

  • Rate: Base of $32/hour plus penalties + super (Restaurant Award, permanent role)
  • Location: Mainly Northside venues, including our flagship venue The Trust
  • Hours: Permanent role (mainly Tuesday - Saturday however flexibility required) with weekend and evening availability needed
  • Contract Details: September - end of March (potential option to extend or go permanent)
