Liquid Infusion is Australia's largest and leading mobile bar and beverage catering service. We set up complete cocktail bars at various locations - whether at your home, office, the beach, or even in the snow. This year, Liquid Infusion's 120 mixologists will serve nearly 500,000 drinks at 1500 events across Victoria.
Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role located in Melbourne, VIC for a Venue Manager. The Venue Manager will oversee the setup and execution of mobile bars at various events. The role involves managing staff, coordinating with clients, ensuring compliance with safety and liquor laws, and overseeing inventory and supplies. The Venue Manager will also handle customer service and ensure that events run smoothly and efficiently.
Qualifications
- Event management and coordination skills
- Experience in hospitality and bar operations
- Strong leadership and team management abilities
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Ability to manage inventory and supplies
- Knowledge of safety and liquor laws
- Problem-solving and organizational skills
- Flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays as required
- Experience in handling high-pressure situations
- A background in mixology or bartending is a plus
