About Infinity Group Australia

Are you the kind of person who puts the shopping trolley back?

It seems small, but it says everything. At Infinity, we're powered by people who take ownership, lead with integrity, and genuinely want to make a difference.

We help everyday Australian families conquer debt and build wealth through financial education, practical strategies and disciplined budgeting frameworks. Our clients regularly shave 10–20 years off their home loan and save significant interest through our Rapid Repay program.

With dedicated Brokerage, Events & Education, and Property teams (and client events that attract up to 2,500 Infinity members), we guide clients from their very first budget through to their first investment property and well beyond. Many of our clients (and team members) progress from paying off a home loan to building investment portfolios of 5, 10, or even 15+ properties. At every stage, education remains the cornerstone of success.

As we continue to scale, our founders Rebecca and Graeme Holm (The Money Mentor) remain deeply connected to the business, keeping our mission personal, powerful, and people-first.

The Role

This isn't a back-office HR role, it's a strategic leadership position at the heart of Infinity's growth story.

As our Head of People & Culture, you'll be the central point for all people-related matters. Leading a team of five HR professionals, you'll oversee the full spectrum of People & Culture: talent acquisition, engagement, compliance, organisational development, employee relations, performance, L&D and culture-building initiatives.

We're looking for a strategic thinker with a hands-on approach, someone who can roll up their sleeves when needed and lead from the front. You'll bring fresh, creative ideas to the table and take calculated risks to drive a high-performing team and foster a vibrant, fun culture. If you thrive on innovation and want to make a real impact, this is your opportunity.

Infinity is growing fast, 180 employees today, with plans to scale by 50–100% in the next 12–24 months. Things move at a rate of knots here, so we need someone who thrives in a dynamic environment, balancing big-picture strategy with practical leadership. For us, culture isn't a buzzword, it's the heartbeat of the business.

If you're ready to shape the future of a high-growth organisation, influence at executive level, and build a people strategy that scales nationally (and soon internationally), this is the role for you.

Key Responsibilities

  • Act as the strategic leader for all People & Culture initiatives across Infinity
  • Partner directly with the founders to influence executive-level decisions
  • Drive organisational growth strategies to support rapid scaling
  • Lead and develop a high-performing HR team (currently five members)
  • Oversee talent acquisition, engagement, compliance, WHS and workforce planning
  • Champion culture and employee experience across all offices nationally
  • Ensure HR frameworks, policies, and systems evolve with business needs

What We're Looking For

Experience & Skills

  • 2+ years' experience in a Head of People & Culture, National HR leadership role, or equivalent in Australia
  • Bachelor's or Postgraduate degree in a relevant field (e.g., Business, HR Management, MBA, Finance) (preferred)
  • Experience in financial services, property, wealth creation, or other highly regulated environments
  • Demonstrated ability to thrive in a fast-scaling, highly dynamic environment
  • Strong executive presence and ability to influence at board/founder level
  • Exceptional leadership and team development capability
  • Comfortable navigating change at "a rate of knots"
  • Must be able to pass a National Polce Check and have a satisfactory

The Unicorn Factor

We're looking for someone who doesn't just "fit" our culture – they immerse themselves in it. Someone who understands that Infinity is more than a business; it's a movement. If you're passionate about people, strategy, and building something extraordinary, this is your chance to make a lasting impact.

Why Join Infinity?

At Infinity, we don't just change our clients' lives, we change the lives of our people too. Here's what joining our team means for you and your family:

  • Financial Empowerment – Free access to become an Infinity client, including support from our mortgage brokers, advisers, strategists, and relationship managers (who wouldn't love to pay off their home loan in under 7 years?)
  • Career Growth – Infinity has grown rapidly and we're only getting started. With rapid growth comes rapid opportunity. The opportunity for earning potential and progression is endless here at Infinity
  • Competitive Remuneration – We hire the best, and we reward the best. Joining Infinity could be the perfect step to achieving your financial goals
  • First-Class Onboarding – Includes an all-expenses-paid trip to our Gold Coast HQ, where your infinity journey will begin

At Infinity, giving back is part of who we are. Through initiatives like the Kmart Wishing Tree Appeal, our team helped raise over $250,000 last year to support children and families in need, and we're just getting started as we aim for $750,000 for Christmas '25.

Ready to Join Us?

If you're someone who puts the shopping trolley back – not because you have to, but because it's the right thing to do – you'll fit right in here.

We're building a team of people who take ownership, bring energy, and genuinely want to be better every day – professionally and personally.

Submit your application today or reach out directly to Lachlan Baldwin – Talent Manager at Infinity Group via LinkedIn if you've got questions or just want to chat about the role.
