People And Culture Coordinator

Tritium is partnering with some of the world's biggest names to roll out the next generation of DC fast charging. To support that growth, we're expanding our People & Capability team with a new HR Coordinator role.
This is not a repetitive admin job. You'll get hands-on exposure across the full employee lifecycle and work closely with our Head of HR in a fast-moving, no-silos environment. You'll support a growing workforce across Australia, New Zealand, the UK, and the US.
This role is ideal for someone who wants a real head start in HR…not someone looking to just update records and tick boxes.
What you'll do:
- Support managers with onboarding, offboarding, job changes, and visa processes
- Prepare and issue employment contracts, variation letters, and other HR documentation
- Maintain accurate employee records and ensure systems are always up to date
- Coordinate recruitment logistics, including interview bookings and candidate communication
- Track probation reviews, training compliance, and support reporting or audit tasks
- Help run engagement activities such as events, surveys, and recognition programs
- Use HR tools like Employment Hero and Power Automate to improve processes
- Work closely with our Head of HR on real-world projects and people challenges
- Step in and help wherever needed across a high-paced, global HR function

About you:
- 1–2 years of HR coordinator or admin experience
- Proactive, organised and comfortable juggling different tasks
- Good with systems, curious about how things work, and not afraid to learn new tools
- A people person who can build relationships across roles and locations
- You're looking for a role where you'll actually do HR, not just observe it
