Tritium is partnering with some of the world's biggest names to roll out the next generation of DC fast charging. To support that growth, we're expanding our People & Capability team with a new HR Coordinator role.

This is not a repetitive admin job. You'll get hands-on exposure across the full employee lifecycle and work closely with our Head of HR in a fast-moving, no-silos environment. You'll support a growing workforce across Australia, New Zealand, the UK, and the US.

This role is ideal for someone who wants a real head start in HR…not someone looking to just update records and tick boxes.

What you'll do:

  • Support managers with onboarding, offboarding, job changes, and visa processes
  • Prepare and issue employment contracts, variation letters, and other HR documentation
  • Maintain accurate employee records and ensure systems are always up to date
  • Coordinate recruitment logistics, including interview bookings and candidate communication
  • Track probation reviews, training compliance, and support reporting or audit tasks
  • Help run engagement activities such as events, surveys, and recognition programs
  • Use HR tools like Employment Hero and Power Automate to improve processes
  • Work closely with our Head of HR on real-world projects and people challenges
  • Step in and help wherever needed across a high-paced, global HR function

About you:

  • 1–2 years of HR coordinator or admin experience
  • Proactive, organised and comfortable juggling different tasks
  • Good with systems, curious about how things work, and not afraid to learn new tools
  • A people person who can build relationships across roles and locations
  • You're looking for a role where you'll actually do HR, not just observe it
