Blackwood Family Lawyers is a highly regarded CBD firm practising exclusively in family law.

We're looking for a customer service focused person to join our wonderful team as our Receptionist in our newly renovated office in Melbourne CBD.

As the first point of contact for our clients, you'll be warm, friendly, well-presented and have excellent communication skills.

What does the role involve?

  • Taking and transferring calls
  • Greeting visitors
  • Maintaining our reception area and meeting rooms
  • Diary management
  • Attending to couriers and mail
  • Ordering stationery, groceries and general office supplies
  • Organising catering and helping organise social events
  • Record keeping
  • Preparing basic correspondence, documents, memos and emails
  • Liaising with clients and staff on day to day matters
  • Light office cleaning
  • General administration duties
