Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an Account Manager based in Newcastle, NSW. The Account Manager will be responsible for managing and developing client relationships, overseeing the delivery of services, and ensuring client satisfaction. This role involves coordinating with internal teams, monitoring account performance, and identifying opportunities for growth. Additionally, the Account Manager will handle client communications, and manage contract negotiations, and service implementations.
Qualifications
- Client relationship management skills and experience in developing and maintaining client connections
- Project management skills and the ability to oversee service delivery and performance
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Negotiation skills and experience in managing contracts and agreements
- Sales and business development experience is a plus
- Background in the technology or telecommunications industry is advantageous
- Ability to work collaboratively with internal teams
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, or related field is preferred
