Corporate Tax Lawyer

About the role:

  • Advising on corporate tax structures, including M&A transactions and restructures.
  • Providing strategic advice on tax compliance and regulatory obligations.
  • Assisting clients with cross-border tax issues and international tax planning.
  • Advising on tax implications for capital markets and private equity transactions.
  • Representing clients in tax disputes and negotiations with regulatory authorities.

The ideal candidate:

  • A qualified lawyer with 4+ years of PQE in corporate tax.
  • Experience advising on M&A, restructuring, and international tax matters.
  • Strong technical skills and a commercial mindset.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • A team player with a passion for innovation and problem-solving.
