Associate / Senior Associates (2–8 years PQE) – Corporate & Commercial | Sydney

We are currently working on a number of exciting opportunities for Associate & Senior Associates (2–8 years PQE) to join leading Corporate & Commercial teams based in Sydney, Melbourne, Brisbane & Adelaide. These roles offer exposure to high-value, strategic work across a range of specialisations including
M&A, TMT, Tax, Automotive, and Banking & Financial Services
.

You will work closely with respected partners on a diverse mix of matters including equity capital markets (IPOs, ASX listings, secondary raisings), public and private M&A, corporate governance, shareholder agreements, and cross-border transactions. These roles offer the chance to engage with prominent domestic and international clients on complex, high-profile deals.

We're seeking candidates with strong experience, ideally gained in a top-tier or highly reputable firm. You will bring excellent drafting and advisory skills, strategic thinking, and the ability to mentor junior lawyers. Experience in any of the listed specialisations will be highly regarded.
