Commercial/Corporate Lawyer | Modern New Offices in Sydney CBD | Broad Mix of Work

The Opportunity

Due to growth, our commercial law firm client is looking to recruit a talented commercial/corporate lawyer at around the 18 months to 4 year pae level.

This is an opportunity to work closely with an experienced partner (ex-Big Law) on quality matters.

The work will be stimulating and varied and will range from commercial contracts (supply agreements, procurement agreements, leases, funding & finance agreements, shareholder agreements) to joint ventures, sale and purchases of businesses, private M&A, corporate governance and corporate advisory.

The Firm

Our client is a well established commercial law firm with brand new modern offices in the heart of the CBD. Clients range from major corporations, high net worth families, start-ups, ASX-listed companies.

About You

The ideal candidate will have:

  • at least 18 months experience in the area of commercial and/or corporate law OR you are commercial litigator with some exposure to commercial contracts drafting
  • have strong writing skills and attention to detail
  • excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • enjoys learning and working on a variety of matters
