We're partnering with a globally recognised firm seeking a talented Senior Associate (4–7 PQE) to join their high-performing Corporate M&A team in Sydney.

This is your opportunity to work on headline-making deals, advising major corporates, private equity firms, and investors on complex cross-border transactions.

You'll play a key role in multi-jurisdictional M&A and private equity matters — from strategic planning and due diligence to negotiation and execution.
