Description

We are seeking an experienced Payroll Specialist to provide SAP Payroll System Support that has had direct experience processing end to end SAP payroll. You will be joining a team responsible for delivering high quality, robust, timely and efficient system changes to SAP and Quintiq, ensuring payments to employees are free of system errors. 

Your key focus will be to respond to first line systems support requests to inspect and support SAP system issues and errors. As part of first level support, you will investigate issues raised by the Payroll Operations team, gather business requirements to enable system changes to various business stakeholders related to payroll processing. 

Experience in a similar role or processing end-to-end payroll in SAP Payroll is essential and any knowledge or experience with Quintiq or similar, such as Kronos for payroll time sheet management is desirable. 

Responsibilities: 

  • Able to troubleshoot time critical SAP Time and Payroll issues, offer resolution or workaround for timely completion of payroll processing on pay day. 
  • Provide quality first level support to payroll teams. 
  • Ensure assigned tickets are managed in accordance with SLAs. 
  • Liaise with business stakeholders (Payroll team) to understand and analyse requirements. 
  • Provide clear and concise business requirement documentation to the IT Technical Support team for technical analysis and development. 
  • Provide clear and concise business requirements to the Test Team for test cases, and support testing if required. 
  • Provide an important level of accuracy for system administration, support, and maintenance in SAP and Quintiq payroll systems. 
  • Proactive, focused on continuous improvement initiatives to improve the payroll systems efficiencies.
