We are currently seeking an Administration Supervisor who shall be responsible for providing excellent quality service to customers and lead the customer service team. This is a full-time based in Erskine Park (NSW)

What you'll be doing
  • Ensuring all customer orders are delivered/dispatched on any given day.
  • Coordination of administrative activities to support operational needs.
  • Responding to customer enquiries and requests.
  • Ensuring all administrators are cross trained in all aspects of sites administration functions.
  • Housekeeping of admin office and surrounds.
  • Performance management of administrative staff.
  • Adhering to DGL OH&S policy.
  • Coordinating/assisting in the conduct of risk assessment.
  • Embracing training and professional development offered by DGL
  • Building and maintaining positive relationships with staff, customers & suppliers.
  • Liaising with site manager on day to day administrative requirements.
  • Ensuring procedure, processes& practices are performed in accordance with DGL QMS.
  • Ensuring staff are adequately trained to carry out their duties in a safe and efficient manner.
About you

  • At least 2 years' experience in a similar role
  • Strong customer service focus
  • Ability to meet deadlines through effective prioritisation and time management
  • High data processing accuracy and speed
  • High level written and oral communication skills
  • Good attention to detail
  • Ability to coach and transfer skills and knowledge to others
  • Experience with computer software packages including Microsoft Excel/ Word/Outlook

Ability to comply with Company policies, procedures, and legislative requirements.

Knowledge of the Australian Dangerous Goods Code (ADG) and/or Dangerous Goods Storage & Handling Regulations would be highly regarded, as would experience in 3PL inventory/warehouse management systems.
