**About the role**
As the Building Services Administrator you will be based in our Osborne Park office where you will be responsible for a providing a high standard of administrative support to our busy team. You will be the point of contact for both supervisors and trades alike, ensuring that trade related admin requirements are actioned in an efficient and professional manner.

This is a diverse role with varied responsibilities, including, but not limited to:

- Provision of general administrative support for the Building Services team, including trade management
- Assist in filtering, sourcing and coordination of various Trades as required
- Prepare and collate sub-contractor packs promptly and accurately
- Maintain social media correspondence, and be proactive in responding to Trade enquiries both verbally and written
- Escalate issues to the relevant Supervisor in a clear and timely manner

**Skills & Experience**
- Experience in a similar administrative role
- Residential building industry knowledge (desirable, but not required)
- High level of administration and computer literacy skills
- Well developed and effective verbal and written communication skills
- Exceptional customer service skills
- Well developed problem-solving ability
- Driven and proactive approach to work
- High attention to detail
