Internal Sales Assistant – Challenge Pumps

a highly detail-oriented Internal Sales Assistant
to join our team in Kewdale.

About the Role

You'll be the go-to person for parts and sales enquiries, preparing quotes, purchase orders, and professional proposal documents, while supporting sales and logistics operations. Accuracy, organisation, and strong written communication are key.

Key Responsibilities

  • Act as the first point of contact for parts and sales enquiries.
  • Interpret customer requirements and provide accurate sales and parts support.
  • Prepare quotations, purchase orders, and dispatch documentation.
  • Maintain ERP and CRM records with a high degree of accuracy.
  • Assist with export documentation and shipping compliance.
  • Support sales and logistics teams to ensure timely service delivery.
  • Liaise with finance to align with client contract terms.
  • Identify opportunities for process or product improvements.

What You Bring

  • Experience in internal sales, parts, or supply chain support (mining/industrial sectors preferred).
  • Excellent written communication with strong spelling, grammar, and punctuation.
  • High attention to detail and organisational skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel) and ERP/CRM systems.
  • Current Australian driver's licence.
