We are seeking an organised and proactive Internal Salesperson to join our team. In this role, you will play a key part in providing exceptional customer service to our customers. This position is ideal for a detail-oriented professional with a passion for the 4WD and automotive industries. This is all approached with an above and beyond attitude.

Black Duck is looking for staff that are committed, motivated, professional and courteous with like-minded values, providing quality work and working well in a team.

You must be a positive, reliable team player and willing to take on a variety of work.

Previous experience in the automotive industries with a love of adventure is a definite bonus.

Key Responsibilities:

· Respond to customer enquiries and complaints promptly and professionally

· Provide accurate, up-to-date information on products and services

· Process orders, quotes, invoices, and payments using CRM systems

· Make outbound calls and follow up with customers as needed

· Promote and sell company products and services

· Maintain fitting calendar and schedule customer appointments

· Log and escalate complex issues appropriately

· Support team members and ensure effective communication across departments

Qualifications:

· Strong administrative and organisational skills with attention to detail.

· Effective communication and coordination abilities

· Interest or experience in the 4WD and automotive industries is highly desirable.

· Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment
