Are you a salon industry professional ready for a new challenge?

As we expand nationally, we're seeking a Salon Business Support Manager to help drive the clean colour movement across Sydney.

About the Role

Working closely with our National Sales & Education Managers, you'll:

  • Represent OWAY and SOPHIC across Sydney.
  • Build strong partnerships with salon owners, managers, and teams.
  • Identify and conquest growth opportunities and develop tailored solution's for new and existing salons
  • Provide ongoing support, training, and resources to help salons succeed.
  • Collaborate with Dean & Claire on strategic growth plans.
  • Champion our values of sustainability, wellness, and performance.
About You

We're looking for someone who is:

  • Experienced in sales & business development within the salon industry (min. 3 years).
  • Passionate about sustainable beauty and supporting salon growth.
  • A true hair enthusiast with strong communication skills.
  • Skilled at nurturing relationships and spotting opportunities.
  • A self-starter who thrives in a flexible, dynamic environment.
  • Based in Sydney, with some travel required.
  • Holder of a valid Australian driver's licence + reliable vehicle.
