Are you an experienced Cardiac Rhythm Management (CRM) Sales Professional wanting to take your career to the next level?
About the role…

The ideal candidate is able to manage the fast pace of the medical device industry. The Sales Professional is responsible for managing the overall output of their region, as well as communicating effectively with other sales managers to achieve set business objectives. On a daily basis you will:

  • Engage with specialists/surgeons to promote, educate and sell MicroPort CRM's suite of products to increase brand awareness
  • Create, implement and execute long term sales objectives and strategies to achieve and exceed sales targets within your territory
  • Provide timely and accurate sales forecasts and reports
  • Provide in theatre/cath lab support and perform high quality cardiac testing procedures
  • Participate in industry conferences and trade events -network with existing and potential customers
  • Provide outstanding customer service, including education regarding MicroPort CRM suite of products
  • Provide technical support for physicians and health care professionals.
About you…
  • You have a proven track record of success in Cardiac Rhythm Management device sales AND hold a bachelor's degree in nursing or health sciences - please note that candidates without CRM sales experience and a medical qualification will not be considered
  • You're a strong and personable sales professional with exceptional communication skills who genuinely enjoys working collaboratively to achieve excellent results
  • You have a true passion for the field of cardiology, specifically Cardiac Rhythm Management

  • You have strong commercial acumen and enjoy chasing targets

  • You are able to work autonomously
  • You are excellent at building relationships with physicians, allied health professional and key hospital personnel
  • You have strong technical aptitude
  • You are a professional, you are friendly, calm and supportive
  • You hold a valid driver's license
