IT Sales Specialist – Sydney

About the Role:

This role is part of a diversity hiring initiative, and we are particularly encouraging applications from female professionals who are passionate about technology and client engagement.

You will be responsible for driving new business, managing key accounts, and building long-term relationships with clients across a variety of industries. The ideal candidate will have 5–10 years' experience in IT sales, a proven track record in meeting or exceeding targets, and the ability to translate complex technical offerings into compelling business value propositions.

Key Responsibilities:

Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the Cloud, Data, and AI solutions space.

Build and maintain strong client relationships to drive revenue growth.

Collaborate closely with technical teams to develop tailored solutions.

Negotiate contracts and manage the end-to-end sales cycle.

Represent the brand at industry events and client meetings.

About You:

5–10 years' experience in IT sales or business development.

Background in selling technology services (Cloud, AI, Data, Digital Solutions preferred).

Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.

A self-starter with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
