Role Description

We're seeking an experienced and motivated
Commercial Broker
to join our growing team.

This is a
sub-contractor role
with a
commission-based structure
designed to reward high performers and provide the flexibility to build your own business within a supportive environment.

A base retainer may be offered to the right applicant.

What's on Offer (Net of What the Business Receives):


Commission Structure:

  • 90% of Upfront & Trail on self-generated transactions
  • 70% of Upfront (no Trail) on deals referred by the business
  • Access to referrals from six residential brokers
  • Referrals from existing business clients are treated as self-generated, helping you build your business within ours


Additional Income Streams:

  • 20% of upfront income on Business & General Insurance referrals
  • 20% of implementation fees from Financial Planning referrals
  • 30% of upfront income on Residential Home Loan referrals (if not part of the commercial transaction)
  • 40% of upfront income on Car & Equipment Finance referrals

About You

We're looking for someone who is:

An experienced Commercial Broker or Finance Professional with a passion for helping clients succeed

A self-starter who thrives in a flexible, performance-driven environment

Looking to grow their own client base with access to strong internal referral channels

Either a sole operator wanting to be part of a collaborative team, or someone currently working for wages ready to take the next step toward independence

Locations

We have offices located in
Melbourne, Brisbane, and Traralgon
.

We're also open to the right candidate based outside these areas to work remote
