Led by an experienced Director with more than 20 years in business and commercial banking, the firm provides a steady stream of warm, qualified leads across residential, commercial, and asset finance.

The Opportunity

We're seeking an experienced Senior Mortgage Broker (Remote) to manage loans end-to-end and help drive continued growth across Melbourne and Victoria.

This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a self-managed environment and enjoys working with a strong referral base.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage residential, commercial, and asset finance applications.
  • Handle refinancing, debt consolidation, and construction loans.
  • Prepare and submit compliant credit applications.
  • Maintain CRM records and manage client relationships.
  • Collaborate with accountants and business directors for smooth client outcomes.

About You

  • 5+ years' mortgage broking experience (essential).
  • Cert IV in Mortgage Broking required (Diploma desirable).
  • Experience using VOW or similar aggregator platforms.
  • Strong communication, compliance, and client service skills.
  • Proven ability to achieve settlements of $3.5M+ per month.
  • Self-driven and capable of working independently.
