About the Role

We are currently seeking an experienced Excavator Operator to join our team in the western and northern suburbs of Melbourne .

This is a full-time role on a casual contract, with the intent to transition into a permanent full-time position.

The successful applicant will be reliable, safety-focused, and capable of performing work to company, industry, and legislative standards while operating plant and equipment safely and efficiently.


Key Requirements:

  • Minimum 5 years' final trim experience using GPS
  • Current driver's licence
  • Industry (White/Blue) Card
  • Relevant plant and machinery tickets
  • Previous experience in civil construction
  • Strong understanding of workplace health and safety requirements
  • Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team
  • Proven ability to work safely, efficiently, and unsupervised
  • A solid work ethic and a history of reliable performance
