Role Description

This is a progressive on-going role across major Melbourne Projects for a Final Trim Operator. The Final Trim Operator will be responsible for operating machinery to achieve precise leveling and shaping of surfaces to meet project requirements. Daily tasks include interpreting site plans, adjusting equipment to ensure accuracy, maintaining machinery, and collaborating with the team to ensure project specifications and deadlines are met.

Qualifications

  • Hands-on experience with GPS and UTS-enabled machinery for precise grading and trimming
  • Proficiency in interpreting site plans and specifications accurately
  • Strong mechanical skills for equipment maintenance and troubleshooting
  • Teamwork, communication, and collaboration skills
  • Knowledge of safety protocols, regulations, and procedures in civil construction
  • Previous experience in drainage and civil works is highly valued
  • Valid licenses and certifications relevant to operating machinery
  • Minimum 3 years' experience operating final trim machinery
