BINGO industries are looking for our newest Machine Operator this is an exciting opportunity working out of West Melbourne.

Role & Responsibilities:

  • Operate plant and equipment within the Recycling Facility to achieve operational outcomes
  • Operate front end loaders & excavator.
  • Provide a range of support services to assist in the operation of the business unit
  • Promote and continuously apply personal safety, environmental and quality awareness in the workplace
  • Check daily instructions and prioritise accordingly to complete work tasks in accordance with required deadlines
  • Help ensure that all machinery is maintained in required condition, fueled, parked and inspected at the end of each shift.

What makes you a GOgetter:

  • Minimum 1-3 years' experience operating an excavator and/or front-end loader
  • Ability to work a day shift with varied shifts on occasion
  • Relevant licences and tickets, VOC training is acceptable
  • Waste industry, civil, construction, mining or quarry experience would be great to have
  • We care about your safety first so the ability to read and understand safety signs and communicate clearly into a 2-way radio is very important.

  • Weekly pay for all GOgetters.
  • In addition to the base hourly rate you may be eligible for loadings, allowances and penalties as applicable under the Waste Management Award, plus superannuation as applicable.
  • Achievable bonus structure up to $4 per hour.
