Duties and Responsibilities

  • Work directly with customers to troubleshoot and resolve application issues to drive customer satisfaction.
  • Develop customer relationships through various forms of communication.
  • Participate in learning tools to stay current on the technical specifications of the company's products.
  • Provide knowledge to the customer to enhance their product experience.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to increase the product performance.

Experience Needed

  • Must have a high level of proficiency in SQL, including the ability to write and troubleshoot complex queries.
  • Strong technical and analytical skills, particularly in complex enterprise software applications.
  • Previous experience in a technical/system support role with customer-facing responsibilities is highly preferred.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
  • Exposure to programming languages such as Java, JavaScript, C#, C++, or 4GL is a plus.

Salary and Benefits
