Customer Support Analyst
to join our growing team and play a key role in helping customers get the most out of our platform.

What You'll Do

  • Be the first point of contact for customer support inquiries via chat, email, and phone.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues quickly and effectively.
  • Collaborate closely with our Product and Engineering teams to escalate and solve complex problems.
  • Document customer interactions, common issues, and solutions to build out our internal knowledge base.
  • Help onboard new customers and ensure they're set up for success.
  • Identify recurring issues and share insights that drive product and process improvements.

What You'll Bring

  • 2+ years of experience in a
    customer support or technical support
    role (ideally within a SaaS company).
  • Strong
    technical troubleshooting
    and
    communication
    skills.
  • Experience using tools like
    Zendesk
    ,
    Intercom
    , or
    Jira Service Management
    .
  • A passion for helping people and delivering exceptional customer experiences.
  • Ability to thrive in a
    fast-paced startup
    where every day looks a little different.

Nice to Have

  • Knowledge of the
    equipment rental
    ,
    ERP
    , or
    asset management
    industries.
  • Experience with
    SQL
    , APIs, or basic data analysis.
  • Familiarity with SaaS environments and customer feedback loops.
