We're now looking for an experienced Level 3 Systems Administrator who thrives in a role where no two days are the same. About the Role

You'll be a key player in our engineering team, delivering high-level support and project work across our client base. This is a mix of remote and onsite work, with plenty of scope to shape outcomes, contribute ideas, and work alongside senior peers.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Providing Level 2 and 3 support across a range of technologies
  • Managing issues onsite and remotely for clients across Melbourne
  • Playing a hands-on role in systems upgrades, migrations, and project deployments
  • Supporting and mentoring junior techs where required
  • Documenting processes, configurations, and best practices
  • Building trusted relationships with business owners and decision-makers
  • Liaising with vendors and service providers to deliver seamless outcomes

What We're Looking For

  • At least 5 years' experience in a senior technical support or systems admin role
  • Proven experience in an MSP or fast-paced, multi-client environment
  • Deep knowledge of Microsoft 365, Windows Server, AD, DNS, DHCP, and Group Policy
  • Strong experience with Intune, SharePoint, OneDrive, Teams, and Exchange
  • Proficiency in virtualization (Hyper-V, VMware) and backup systems
  • Understanding of networking fundamentals (VLANs, VPNs, WatchGuard/firewalls preferred)
  • High-level troubleshooting and diagnostic skills
  • Excellent communication skills—you're comfortable talking to business and tech stakeholders
  • Ability to work independently, juggle priorities, and follow through

  • Microsoft certifications (MCP, MS-102, AZ-104, etc.)
  • Experience designing and delivering Microsoft Modern Workplace solutions
  • Exposure to WatchGuard and other enterprise-grade security solutions
