Systems Administrators

SDP Solutions is seeking expression of interest from Systems Administrators

for its clients. 482 Sponsorship can be considered for suitable overseas candidates.

Skills: Tertiary qualification in the relevant field or equivalent industry experience

Experience: At least 2 – 3 years of experience

Role: Multiple roles based across Australia

Salary: $80K to $120K plus superannuation

Job Type: Full-time

Key tasks include:

· Installation, upgrade, integration, and maintenance of telecommunication systems

· Repair and resolve of network performance malfunctions, defects, and faults

· Review and interpret technical design documents, and implement & install equipment as per design using high-tech tools

· Perform telecom network systems testing and trouble shoot, as required.

· Responsible for the delivery of project deliverables within the agreed timeframes and budgets to ensure a high-quality serviceable network

· Review client's technical documentation, requirements, and timelines

· Prepare technical documentation for systems and telecommunication requisitions and perform the technical evaluations

· Optimise system outputs ensuring minimal cost and simplification in compliance

· Prepare functional analysis and implement detail telecom engineering activities such as layout, routing, support, etc

· Responsible for end-to-end project management of Project Rockpool.

· Liaise with field delivery partners on schedule management and dispatch of services

· Responsible to manage creating of change request (CRQ) for RTN (Rehab the network) & RTP (Rehab the pillar) jobs requested by Delivery partners.

· Manage review completion artefacts for various types of jobs (STF, SCTN, RTN, RTP, KTH) provided by Delivery Partner

· Recommend technical decisions encompassing analysis, efficiency, and compliance to the project stakeholders and clients

· Delegate tasks including manage schedules and dispatch jobs for field technicians
