Founded in 2006, CIP Constructions is an established market leader in the construction of commercial and industrial facilities across capital and regional areas throughout Australia. As a result of growth, we are looking for a Construction Manager to join our NSW team.

This senior leadership role reports to the State Manager and will be the first point of contact for our delivery teams and clients, tasked with supporting our people and project program to drive improvement.

Split between our Pyrmont head office and live projects, the focus is overseeing delivery and ensuring consistency in terms of safety, client experience and quality.

In addition to this you will be involved in:

  • Strategy and leadership
  • Tenders and new opportunities
  • People and culture development
  • Innovation and continual improvement
  • setting up and delivering the NSW plan.
