We are looking for a People & Culture (P&C) Assistant to join the team in Pyrmont Reporting to the Head of People & Culture, you will provide essential administrative support to the People & Culture team ensuring smooth and efficient operations and accurate records management.

As the P&C Assistant you will:

  • Assist in the coordination of the recruitment function
  • Prepare for onboarding (coordinate new starter related documentation, Manager notification, IT needs, workspace, medicals, uniforms, induction training, etc)
  • Coordinate probationary review process and acknowledgement of completion
  • Manage the offboarding process
  • Maintain accurate and confidential staff records
  • Assist with the development and implementation of P & C Policies, strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy.
