As we continue to grow and expand our influence in Australia, we're on the lookout for Area Retail Manager to lead and inspire our store teams across multiple locations in NSW.

Job Description:

As an Area Retail Manager, you'll be the driving force behind the success of several stores. You'll mentor Store Managers, support new store openings, and implement strategic initiatives that align with our vision for growth and excellence. This role is perfect for someone passionate about leadership, operations, and cosmetics retail.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and support Store Managers across multiple locations
  • Drive sales, customer satisfaction, and operational excellence
  • Conduct store visits, performance reviews, and coaching sessions
  • Assist with new store openings and act as interim Store Manager when needed
  • Collaborate with HR, Operations, and Marketing teams to deliver results

The ideal candidates will have:

  • 3–5 years of retail management experience (cosmetics or fashion preferred)
  • Proven ability to lead, coach, and develop high-performing teams
  • Strong operational and strategic thinking skills
  • Excellent communication, time management, and problem-solving abilities
  • Experience with POS systems, inventory tools, and Microsoft Office
  • A customer-first mindset and passion for beauty
