We are a premier destination for cutting edge skin care and cosmetic treatments. Our team of Doctors and Nurses and highly trained support staff are experienced and dedicated to providing exceptional care in a welcoming environment. We offer a wide range of treatments and pride ourselves on utilising the best and latest technologies. As a patient centred clinic, we take the time to understand the concerns, educate about treatment options, and involve patients in the decision making process. Our friendly and knowledgeable staff are here to guide our patients through their journey, providing on-going support and follow-up care, to ensure their satisfaction. Currently our hours are Monday to Saturday.

Qualifications & experience

  • Excellent Customer Service Skills are required for this role.
  • A considerate team player who is able to work independently.
  • Being proactive and using initiative to problem solve.
  • Best Practice and Medicare knowledge would be desirable, but not essential.
  • Strong attention to detail with great organisational skills.
  • A current national police check will be required for this role.
  • Flexible working days across Monday to Saturday.

Tasks & responsibilities

  • Front desk day to day tasks including customer / patient service on the phone, and face to face.
  • Making bookings using Best Practice.
  • Finance responsibilities, including Medicare batching, private billing / invoicing, and banking. Using Best Practice and HiCaps for Medicare payments and rebates.
  • Managing emails and correspondence.
  • Liaising with medical professionals.
  • Opening and closing clinic responsibilities.
