About The Role
An exciting opportunity has become available for an organised and proactive HR Coordinator to join a leading organisation. This role is ideal for a detail-oriented professional who enjoys working across HR systems, data integrity, and end-to-end employee lifecycle coordination — all within a collaborative, supportive team environment.

Reporting to the Head of HR, this role plays a key part in ensuring smooth HR operations and an exceptional employee experience. You'll support HR processes, systems, onboarding, reporting and continuous improvement initiatives, while providing quality service to employees and leaders.

This position will suit someone who loves variety, takes ownership of their work, and thrives in a role that mixes administration, stakeholder engagement, and system coordination.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate onboarding activities including contract generation, system setup and documentation.
  • Manage the HR enquiries inbox, providing timely and professional support to employees and leaders.
  • Maintain employee data within HR systems, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
  • Administer HR processes including internal movements, flexible working, parental leave and offboarding.
  • Support regular and ad hoc HR reporting, including compliance submissions (e.g. WGEA).
  • Maintain and update HR communications and internal HR content across platforms.
  • Assist with HR initiatives including recognition programs, wellness activities and key engagement events.
  • Identify opportunities to streamline and enhance HR systems and processes for improved efficiency.

About You
You'll bring a strong foundation in HR coordination or administration and a passion for creating great employee experiences. You enjoy being the "go-to" person for all things HR systems and administration, and you pride yourself on accuracy, communication, and follow-through.

  • Experience using HRIS platforms.
  • Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Office skills, especially Excel and Word.
  • High attention to detail and strong organisational skills.
  • Ability to work autonomously, manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
  • A collaborative approach and the confidence to engage with stakeholders at all levels.
