Star Group, a Tier 1 Electrical & Communications Contractor, is seeking a Junior Administrative Assistant to support our busy Service Division in Condell Park.

You'll play a key role in keeping our projects running smoothly by coordinating paperwork, processing timesheets, preparing reports, and supporting our technicians and account managers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and organize office operations and procedures.
  • Process completed paperwork from technicians & sub-contractors
  • Correlate site testing reports ready for invoicing
  • Work with accounts and payroll to help process weekly timesheets for on-the-site staff
  • Maintain and update project files and records.
  • Assist in the preparation of project documentation and reports.
  • Coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
  • Support the electrical team with administrative tasks as needed.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as an Administrative Assistant, preferably in the electrical industry.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
  • Knowledge of electrical industry terminology and practices is a plus.
