Your Role:

As our Receptionist, you will play a key role in creating a professional and friendly first impression for clients, suppliers, and visitors. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

  • Greeting visitors and managing incoming calls
  • Responding to client inquiries via phone and email
  • Managing appointments and bookings
  • Assisting with general administrative duties (ordering, filing, data entry, etc.)
  • Supporting the sales and operations team as needed

What We're Looking For:

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Strong attention to detail and time management

Proficient in Microsoft Office and comfortable using MYOB

A professional, positive attitude and willingness to help

Previous experience in a receptionist or admin role (construction industry experience is a plus)
