About the role

We are seeking an experienced GP Practice Nurse to join our team at My Family GP Condell Park in Condell Park, NSW. This is a full-time position within our busy and thriving general practice. As the GP Practice Nurse, you will play a vital role in supporting our GPs and providing high-quality patient care.

What you'll be doing

  • Assisting GPs with consultations, examinations, and procedures
  • Performing clinical duties such as wound care, immunisations, and health screenings
  • Coordinating patient bookings, medical records, and other administrative tasks
  • Providing education and support to patients on various health and wellness topics
  • Collaborating with the healthcare team to ensure seamless patient care
  • Maintaining a safe and clean clinical environment

What we're looking for

  • Registered Nurse with a strong background in general practice nursing
  • Excellent clinical skills and a commitment to providing high-quality patient care
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills to liaise with patients and the healthcare team
  • Proficient in using electronic medical records and other healthcare software
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Demonstrated experience in a similar GP practice nurse role (desirable)
