About the role

We're searching for a talented Graphic Designer to join our growing marketing team at Fienza. This is a dynamic, hands-on role where you'll bring our brands to life through compelling visuals, refined design, and creative storytelling.

Working across Fienza group brands and Cortani Interiors, you'll collaborate closely with our marketing, product, and digital teams to create visually stunning materials that capture our brands' aspirational yet approachable style. From national campaigns to packaging and digital content, your work will help shape how customers experience our products and brands every day

Key responsibilities:

  • Develop creative design solutions that bring marketing strategies to life across print and digital channels.
  • Create marketing collateral for new product launches and campaigns — including brochures, packaging, social content, eDMs, and point-of-sale materials.
  • Design and update retail signage, in-store displays, and visual merchandising concepts.
  • Edit and enhance product images and technical drawings to ensure visual accuracy and consistency.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to produce cohesive assets that align with our brand guidelines and campaign objectives.
  • Liaise with other departments' stakeholders to produce creative design solutions and cohesive assets that achieve campaign and business objectives.
  • Take ownership of your projects and manage priorities with confidence.
  • Collaborate and manage external render artists and other creative partners.
  • Maintain brand consistency across all touchpoints for both Fienza and Cortani Interiors.
  • Manage and organise design files, templates, and assets in a clear and efficient system.

What you will bring:

  • 3+ years' experience in a graphic design role (in-house or agency).
  • Tertiary qualification in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or related field.
  • Proven experience designing for both print and digital media.
  • Strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop essential).
  • Experience creating assets for campaigns, social media, and digital platforms.
  • Excellent attention to detail, layout, and typography.
  • A strong portfolio showcasing your creativity and versatility.
  • Familiarity with interiors, architecture, or lifestyle brands will be highly regarded.
