Digital Canberra is seeking an enthusiastic Cyber Security professional to lead and deliver Cyber Security outcomes across a range of project initiatives.

This role requires deep expertise in designing and implementing secure systems, guiding cyber security enhancements, and embedding security principles into system architecture. The successful candidate will work across project and operational teams on implementation of tools and processes to support the uplift of cyber maturity across the organisation.

Eligibility/Other Requirements

• Prior to commencement, the successful candidate may be required to undergo a pre-employment National Police Check.
• This role requires you to obtain and maintain an Australian Government NV1 security clearance, which will be sponsored by the Digital Canberra Directorate. In order to be eligible for an NV1 security clearance, you must be an Australian citizen. If you are not successful in obtaining a Security clearance, your employment in the role will not commence. If already commenced, your employment will be terminated.
• Relevant cyber security certification (CISSP, CISM, ISO27001, CRISC).

A Merit Pool will be established from this selection process and will be used to fill vacancies over the next 12 months.
