We're currently seeking a warm, organised, and proactive Client Care / Medical Receptionist to join our friendly team at our Toowoomba clinic, located in the Medici Medical Centre.

This is a permanent role, open to either full-time or part-time (4 days per week, Tuesday to Friday, 8:30am–5:00pm) – offering flexibility to suit your lifestyle.

What will you be doing?

As the welcoming face of our clinic, you'll play a key role in ensuring our clients feel supported and cared for. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Managing appointment schedules and coordinating bookings for our practitioners
  • Greeting clients and maintaining accurate records
  • Handling phone and email enquiries from clients and doctors
  • Providing basic troubleshooting and servicing for hearing devices
  • Processing billing and payments
  • Supporting general office operations and contributing to a positive team environment

What do you need to be successful in this role?

  • A genuine passion for delivering outstanding client care
  • Strong communication skills and a calm, patient approach
  • Previous experience in medical reception or administration (highly regarded but not essential)
  • Excellent computer skills
  • A collaborative, can-do attitude and great problem-solving skills
  • Willingness to occasionally support our nearby clinic at St Andrew's Hospital
