Receptionist – She Loves Pink (Bondi Junction)

She Loves Pink is a beauty destination, offering nails, brows, lashes, facials, and more – all in a flawless pink paradise. We are looking for a bubbly, positive, and energetic receptionist to be the first point of contact for our clients and the face of our brand.

About the Role

As our receptionist, you'll play a key part in ensuring our clients feel welcomed, cared for, and always leave with the She Loves Pink experience. This is not just a desk job – you'll be involved in all aspects of the salon, keeping everything running smoothly and looking picture-perfect.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Managing bookings, calls, messages, and emails
  • Greeting clients with warmth and professionalism
  • Offering refreshments and ensuring every client feels cared for
  • Keeping the salon tidy, organised, and Instagram-ready at all times
  • Assisting the team with day-to-day salon operations
  • Taking videos and photos of clients for social media content
  • Helping with light cleaning and maintaining the salon's flawless appearance
