About the role
We're on the lookout for a passionate and ambitious Sales Executive to join our vibrant team. Base yourself at our stunning waterfront office in Barangaroo and or our Western Sydney office. This full-time role is pivotal in driving new business growth and expanding our client base within the waste management sector. What You'll Be Doing
- Hunt for new sales opportunities through cold calling, door-to-door campaigns, networking, and lead generation.
- Engage with potential clients to understand their needs and present tailored solutions that highlight the value of our services.
- Deliver persuasive sales presentations to key decision-makers.
- Negotiate and close deals while building and maintaining strong client relationships.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless onboarding and service delivery.
- Achieve and exceed sales targets on a monthly and quarterly basis.
- Stay ahead of market trends and competitor activities to uncover new opportunities.
- Providing support through CRM data management, sales pipeline oversight, and upkeep of client records.
What We're Looking For
- Experience in new business development or sales, ideally in the waste management or sustainability sectors.
- A proven track record of smashing sales targets.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence senior stakeholders.
- Strong negotiation and conflict resolution abilities.
- A self-starter who can work independently and as part of a team.
- A passion for sustainability and a drive to make a positive environmental impact.
