Tynan Motors Subaru have an exciting opportunity for an enthusiastic and dedicated Sales Executive OR a Junior Sales Executive to join our booming dealership in Sutherland
This role is an excellent opportunity to work with the Subaru brand.
If you are joining us with no experience:
- You will learn all aspects of the sales process from our Sales Manager and Sales Executives
- You will be learning about the Subaru models and their features
- You will learn about customer's needs, customer service expectations, and the overall decision making process
- Delivering exceptional customer service, whilst meeting the customer satisfaction targets
- You will be trained on our KPI's and how to reach those KPI's in order to be a successful sales executive wherever you end up
- Once you are trained, you will be kick-starting an exciting and rewarding career where you can sell cars and build strong relationships with our customers and in turn earn great money
For an experienced candidate: responsibilities include, but not limited to:
- All aspects of the sales process
- Selling the benefits and features of our vehicles to our customer
- Achieving individual sales KPI's
- Developing and Maintaining a high level of knowledge of the Subaru brand
- Delivering exceptional customer service while assisting our clients to find the right vehicle
About you:
- Prior experience in a sales position with KPI's is highly regarded but not essential. We will consider all industries for the right candidate
- You must have a true passion for the Subaru brand
- You will be exceptionally well spoken, where customer service is paramount
- You will love establishing and building customer relationships
- You must be comfortable with negotiating
- Current NSW Driver's License
- Must be able to work weekends (Saturdays & Sundays) when required as per roster (11-day fortnight)
