About the role
We are delighted to announce that we currently have an opportunity for an experienced, hungry, innovative and energetic Commercial Administrator to join our fantastic team at our WA Head offices in West Leederville, Perth. This role will operate on an 8/6 roster Perth based.
Our commercial administrators are a crucial part of our business. They serve as a point of contact and link between employees, internal departments, and external parties, including vendors, lenders, and customers. They handle clerical and administrative duties, analyse and improve office processes and policies, and ensure that the office operates smoothly.
In this commercial administrator role, you will be based in our Perth office and be asked to prepare reports, work with critical business data, and organise travel for our business stakeholders. Your ideas for improving our business and office processes will be warmly welcomed

What you will be doing
Organising inductions and mobilisations for all new
- er employees;
- Researching, developing, writing, and updating administrative policies, procedures, methods, and guidelines; communicating developments to management;
- Assisting with special projects, such as process improvements and budget development, including implementing cost reductions;
- Overseeing general office management operation and performing administrative duties;
- Coordinating appointments and meetings and managing staff/room calendars and schedules;
- Ensuring that the office is well-maintained, organized, and secure;
- Providing pivotal site support in the form of daily reporting, purchasing, travel management and ordering of supplies.
What you will bring
- 5+ years experience in administrative functions;
- A polite, courteous and professional nature;
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills;
- Advanced computing skills including microsoft suite and SAP;
- Proactive and creative problem-solving skills.
- Mining Experience is preferred.
