  • A strong desire to embark on a rewarding career in healthcare. Previous experience in Healthcare not required.
  • Previous Customer Service experience is essential.
  • A knack for adapting to various situations with ease and confidence.
  • Proficiency in technology, with a willingness to learn and utilise the latest software in the General Practice marketplace.
  • Exceptional communication skills, with an ability to listen, understand, and exceed customer expectations.
  • A proactive, motivated attitude capable of multitasking and managing high-intensity situations.
  • An eye for detail and a commitment to excellence in every task.
  • Experience in a general practice setting is not mandatory, but it will be considered an advantage.

What Will You Do?

As a Patient Advocate, you will be the face of Grove Medical, embodying our commitment to excellence and innovation in healthcare. Your role will involve:
