AAF is one of the largest specialised aluminium finishers in Australia, with facilities in Melbourne, Sydney, and Brisbane. The Role

An exciting opportunity exists for an enthusiastic and experienced sales professional to contribute to sustainable company growth. Working from our Wetherill Park NSW facility, your key responsibilities will be generating new business through existing aluminium fabricators and other customers, and developing new high-quality business partnerships.

Your key responsibilities will be:

  • Drive sales and growth through existing aluminium fabricator and distributor partners, and specialised customers across construction and manufacturing
  • Generate new business by recruiting new customers and guiding them to success
  • Build strong relationships with key players based on mutual business value
  • Develop a keen awareness of project opportunities on which AAF and our customers can capitalise
  • Meet sales and revenue KPI's
  • Create a compelling approach to your sales delivery that aligns AAF's business and services value proposition with customer needs
  • Maintain CRM data and use sales tools to measure all aspects of performance and drive continuous improvement
  • Assist with and participate in industry events and networking opportunities.

  • Has experience or a keen interest in construction and architecture
  • Is experienced using Hubspot or a similar CRM and sales tools
