THE OPPORTUNITY
Entering enter a new phase of exciting growth for the business, we are now seeking a motivated Business Development Manager to join our high achieving and successful sales team in Sydney, NSW.
For this role we want a hungry and results driven Business Development Manager who enjoys selling Hydraulics parts with a strong ability to identify new opportunities in the market. This is an exciting time for the organisation as we continue to make great steps in selling Hydraulic solutions across Australia and New Zealand.
We are looking for someone proactive and dynamic who will be part of a dedicated sales team, someone who possesses the desire to achieve above budgeted sales results and deliver excellent customer satisfaction. Your outstanding interpersonal communication skills, proactivity and strategic call cycle planning, commercial acumen and autonomy will see you thrive in this highly rewarding role.
Based out of our modern and progressive Sydney branch, this is a permanent role (Mon-Fri) offering an excellent annual salary and attractive bonus $$$ commission incentives.
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
- Proven sales experience within the mining industry, ideally with mechanical knowledge of mobile equipment.
- Familiarity with hydraulic hose & fittings is highly desirable.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills
- A results-driven individual with a proactive approach to sales.
- Comfortable using CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.
- A valid driver's license is required.
