We're looking for an experienced Duty Manager to join our team.

With a reputation for excellent service, superb food, exciting drinks and soulful live music - work here requires energy, attention to detail, team spirit and plenty of thinking on your feet. We're a collaborative bunch and the position can be demanding at times but also stimulating, creative, entertaining and fun

What you'll need:

  • 2-3 yrs experience in a similar Management role
  • excellent knowledge of food & beverage and service operating procedures
  • passion and enthusiasm for excellent customer service
  • positive attitude and approach
  • strong leadership and communication skills
  • current RMLVcertificates & Approved Managers License
